Fighting:  Little deposits of short bursts of daily training lead to compound results.  Everyday I try to do at least 3-5 minutes of some combat centered reps.  Might be with a weapon one day, or a ground move another.  Add this onto your regular scheduled workouts and you’ll be surprised at your growth!
Family:  Working tons, need to schedule some serious family time.
Faith:  God’s grace comes like waves of the ocean… they never stop… When you think they are not there, like a calm sea, a storm comes in to deliver the waves/grace you need.
