DECIDE BEFORE (Part 3)

by admin on June 27, 2013

It is probably impossible to plan for every kind of temptining situation you could encounter.  However, if we’re really honest with ourselves, my guess is you could name one, two or three situations you need to have an answer for before the next time you face it.  You know what pushes your buttons, turns you on and gets you into an emotional state which makes it hard to think straight and make a rational decision.

I would encourage you to get brutally honest and write those down right now, or even scribble them down in code on your smart phone’s note page. The point is to decide now, decide what you will do and how you will think before situations arise.  This will keep you level headed and alligned with your values, as opposed to being pressured by people and situations which may streer you into doing something you don’t want to do.
